The name Fo-vêko Rêya Ratê is derived from the Sylvin language, as Fo-vêko Rêya Ratê was founded by Joanna, who was culturaly Iron Elf.

Fo-vêko Rêya Ratê was founded durring the late 15th century in winter of the year 1365, by Joanna.
